Establishment of Special Economic Zones Authority

IDI was engaged to develop, action plan and support the implementation of the 5-year Special Economic Zone Authority strategy. The main activities included:

• Validation of the authoritys vision & mission and development of a 5 Year Strategy;
• Completion of a detailed action plan to implement the authority’s 5-year strategy;
• Providing a specialist team to implement an agreed action plan in investment attraction;
• Management & implementation support to the team to deliver the infrastructure and services for special economic zones;
• Developing best in class process, procedures and standards for the operation of the authority;
• Mentoring of management and staff to build capacity in the organisation.
