Rachel McCarthy is IDI’s Manager, Direct Projects manages the project delivery team which manages the logistics and day-to-day activities of IDI teams internationally.
Rachel joined IDI in 2014 working on projects funded by the European Commission and the World Bank in Eastern Europe and Central Asia. She subsequently managed IDI projects in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Botswana.
Rachel is Prince 2 Certified and has a Masters in Sustainable Agriculture.
