Deirdre Gavin joined IDI as a Project Manager in 2019. Deirdre has project managed and provided advisory support to projects in Botswana, the United Arab Emirates and Uzbekistan. Her projects have involved Investor outreach, investment led regional development, the establishment of a special economic zoning agency and a corporate restructuring project.
Prior to joining IDI, Deirdre worked in the not-for-profit sector with multiple NGOs primarily in project implementation, youth advocacy, development education and philanthropy funding. She has worked and collaborated on projects with international partners across Europe, Vietnam and Tanzania. Deirdre has a degree in Business & Management and a Masters in Environmental Management.
