IDI completed a strategic review of The Nigerian Industrial Development Bank (NIDB) – the largest development bank in Africa under the ownership of the Government of Nigeria. A strategic restructuring plan was put forward along with an action programme to implement the required changes.
The bank was successfully restructured and commercialised affected through a change management program.
